Order Processing, Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

 

Order Processing

All orders are registered and processed within 24 hours of the order confirmation email, excluding weekends and public holidays in Finland. Processing times may vary during peak periods.

 

Made-to-Order Products

Certain products, including but not limited to Reversible Corset Tops, are produced on a made-to-order basis.

  • Standard production time: 1–2 weeks

  • Peak season production time (e.g., Christmas): Up to 1 month

These timeframes are estimates and may be subject to change based on order volume and material availability.

 

In-Stock Products

For products listed as in stock (excl. Reversible Corset Tops), standard fulfillment time is 1–5 business days.

 

Order Fulfillment

An order is deemed fulfilled once all purchased products have been manufactured (where applicable), have passed all required quality assurance inspections, and have been properly packaged for shipment. Upon fulfillment, the order is prepared for dispatch, and the customer will receive an official shipping confirmation email.

 

Shipment & Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and link. Shipments are handled via Posti Group Oyj services. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
