Returns & Refunds Policy

Binding Agreement

By completing a purchase on our website and transferring funds, the customer agrees to be bound by these Returns & Refunds policies. All returns, exchanges, and refunds will be governed according to the terms outlined below as well as following the European Consumer Protection Law.

Applicability of Return Policies

  • Standard Purchases: All orders within Finland are subject to our standard 30-day return policy, allowing returns within 30 days of receipt or other accepted proof of purchase.

  • Klarna Payments: All orders within the European Union (including Finland) purchased using Klarna payment services are subject to the normal European Union 14-day cooling-off period, which overrides our standard 30-day return policy.

  • European Union Customers: All EU customers are entitled to the 14-day cooling-off period, allowing cancellation or return for any reason and without justification, regardless of payment method.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • With all original tags attached

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email or other documentation)

Certain items are non-returnable & non-refundable, including:

  • Custom or personalized products (i.e. Custom ordered Reversible Corset Tops. Reversible Corset Tops bought through Shopify, without personalizing it will be considered as a Standard Purchase, falling into the 30-day return policy)

  • Sale items and gift cards
