What happens next

You'll receive an email confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we cancel it and refund immediately
If your order has already shipped, please return it unused within 14 days of receiving it
Refund is processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item, using the same payment method you used at checkout

Made-to-Order items

Custom or made-to-order pieces that have already entered production may not be eligible for cancellation, as they are crafted specifically for you. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a made-to-order piece — we'll do our best to accommodate depending on the stage of production.
